However, as part of these services, we must clarify that we do not participate in or advocate for the provision and reuse of part-worn tyres. Part-worn tyres often fall short of legal regulations in terms of their tread depth and are an unsafe and dangerous solution for tyre replacement.

Scheduling

We offer many options to schedule a tyre collection including phone, email, online booking or agreeing a regular set collection schedule.

All we require an estimate number and type of tyres for recycling.
​
For collection bookings, you will receive an automated confirmation email of your scheduled date.
​
For drop offs, you are free to turn up anytime during our opening hours (8am-5pm weekdays) but advanced notice is appreciated.
Collection​

With our collection service, our collection team will arrive at the scheduled time, and load your waste tyres into our vehicle quickly and efficiently.

We require signature from you for a waste transfer note, which will be automatically emailed to you once our driver returns to our site.

Recycling and Documentation​
​
All tyres recycled with Big Atom are transported to a certified recycling facility, where we oversee mechanical processing of the waste tyres.

We will automatically email you a copy of your waste transfer note and/or weighbridge ticket, as well as your invoice containing payment information.

Your documents are stored securely and can be accessed anytime via our customer portal.
